Description

Besac Fortress is located on a hill above Virpazar and offers a view of Skadar Lake. The fortress is one of the oldest military fortifications preserved on the territory of todayā€™s Montenegro. It can be reached by a narrow isolated branch of the Virpazar – Bar road, via Sutorman. Thanks to its position, it dominates and stands out in the vast field of Crmnica.

Virpazar looks like a fairytale place to all visitors, but watching it from the BeŔac fortress is a unique experience.

Opening hours: every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
