Description
It is located in the village with the same name, with a church dedicated to St. Nikola. The monastery was built in the 15th century. A vaulted-ceiling room was built under the floor of the temple, and can be entered through an opening in the floor of the vaulted area. It is believed that this room served as a dungeon during the rule of Šćepan Mali. Later, Šćepan Mali was killed and buried in this church. There was a school operating in this monastery, which was moved from the monastery of Gornji Brčeli.
